House Guide
Welcome — we're glad you're here. This guide covers everything about the house: getting in, WiFi, the rooms, the rules, and checkout. For beaches, food, and things to do, see the local guide.
Draft note. Items marked {{LIKE_THIS}} still need the owner's details before this page goes to guests.
Getting in
Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
Door code
Your personal door code is in your booking and check-in messages. It activates at check-in time (4:00 PM) and stops working after checkout.
Good to know. If your code doesn't work, call or text (850) 972-8499 and we'll sort it out.
Parking
Covered carport plus driveway — free, on site, with room to fit a boat. {{PARKING_NOTES}}
- Find the front door and wake the Schlage keypad.
- Enter your personal code, then the check mark.
- Turn the deadbolt and come on in.
WiFi & essentials
WiFi
When the sign-in page opens, enter the personal code from your check-in message. It covers up to 8 devices for your whole stay.
TVs
Both TVs have a Roku attached — please stream through the Roku rather than the TV's built-in apps, so you're signed out of everything automatically at checkout.
Living room: the Roku remote does it all (the TV's own remote is put away). Master bedroom: the Roku can be a little temperamental, so the Samsung remote is there as well.

Where things are
- Towels: one set per person in each room. The closet holds 6 beach towels plus the beach gear — 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 cooler. Please shake the sand off before bringing gear back inside.
- Showers have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
- Safe (master bedroom closet): type in any code you like, close the door, and hit lock. Opening it wipes the code — just re-enter a code to lock it again. Please leave the safe door open at checkout.
- Washer and dryer are free to use — detergent is on the shelf above them in the laundry room.
The house
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Three queen beds, sleeps 6 — primary bedroom with en suite bath and its own door to the backyard, plus two bedrooms each with a queen bed and nightstands.
Kitchen & appliances
- Coffee bar: Nespresso pods and tea bags are laid out for you — if you run out, replacements are on you. The syrup bottles are for the coffee — enjoy them here, but please don't take them home.
- Dishwasher pods are under the sink in a baggie.
